Since all products and services offered by Packwhole.com are CUSTOM MADE that means the items are made upon customer’s unique demand so there would be NO REFUND AT ALL FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.
Return and Refund Policy for defected items
Since all products and services offered by Packwhole.com are tailored to each client’s specifications, customers should notify the company at support@packwhole.com within three business days of receiving their order if the delivered products do not meet expectations, fail to match the requested specifications, or are defective. While chargebacks are not available, the company will offer a free reprint if the defect is confirmed to be the company’s responsibility, as assessed by Packwhole management team.
Refund Policy for Partial delivered items.
- If an order is partially delivered and the remaining items have not reached the destination, Packwhole will re-print the missing merchandise and ship it to the customer using the same shipping turnaround as specified in the order agreement, without any additional charges for re-printing.
- If an order is partially delivered, no refund will be issued.
- If an order is partially delivered, the remaining items have not reached the destination, and the customer cancels the order and refuses to accept the rest of the ordered quantity, no refund will be issued. However, Packwhole may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund after deducting all associated costs.
- For refunds exceeding $500, the amount will be divided into equal installments, each not exceeding $500. Each installment will be issued after a 3-week interval.
