Return and Refund Policy
Since all products and services offered by Packwhole.com are tailored to each client’s specifications, customers should notify the company at support@packwhole.com within three business days of receiving their order if the delivered products do not meet expectations, fail to match the requested specifications, or are defective. While chargebacks are not available, the company will offer a free reprint if the defect is confirmed to be the company’s responsibility, as assessed by Packwhole management team.
To qualify for a reprint, customers must return the full order within seven business days at their own expense, along with adequate documentation, including digital images and descriptions of the flaws. If the error is determined to be on the client’s side and they still wish to request a refund, the printed items must be returned to the company. In this case, a refund will be processed after deducting setup and shipping costs from the original amount.
